A deposit of $500.00 USD per person is due to hold your reservation at the Valle Bonito Lodge. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to your trip date. For cancellations made more than 60 days from departure, the deposit is non refundable yet can be applied to another trip with us in the same year. For cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to trip departure the deposit is non refundable. For cancellations received 30 days or less from departure, no moneys are refundable. In situations where we are able to fill the trip after your cancellation, all monies less the deposit will be refunded. Payments can be made via check or wire to our office in the United States. If you choose to pay differently, we can arrange for it to happen. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent. |
